Mobile app not prompting for username when connecting to Windows

I have TeamViewer_Host deployed to machines under a Corporate account. Company policy requires Windows authentication in order to start a remote session. I'm able to connect PC to PC but have not figured out how to enter my username when connecting from the Android mobile app. What am I missing?

Is this behavior consistent with what others are seeing in their app or is my experience an anomaly ?
