Need to generate a custom Quick Support for Teamviewer version 12

Hi,
We have recently upgraded our Corporate License from version 5 to current 14.
I have generated the custom QS module from the management panel, it works well in Windows 7 and 10, but not on XP. If I download Quick Support version 12 (not customized) it works ok in all OSs. The important thing for me in the customization is having a fixed password. In that way I can manage all OSs, but I can't generate QS for version 12.
Is there any solution to my problem?
