Not Ready: Please check your connection - Tested with recommendations from forum
Yesterday I installed new drivers for my computer (Elitebook 840 G4) and ever since I did that, TeamViewer has not been working. I get the red state "Not Ready. Please check your connection". Running version 13.0.6447.
* Pinging DNS names masterX.teamviewer.com resolves the IP address.
* Flushing DNS cache doesnt fix it.
* Downgrading to older version (11 or 12) doesnt fix it.
* I have also removed the wireless and lan drivers from Intel and I am now using the default Win 10 drivers.
There are no proxy settings to worry about in our network and the issue is there regardless of network connected (wireless, LAN, 4G).
