Opening Managment Console by using menu in TV standard APP

I try to open Managment Console by using menu in TV standard APP

This is not always works fine.
Quite offten it's not working.

Anybody could confirm the same issue ?

    I have the same issue - using TV 13, and the option seems to do nothing at all.

    it works in most cases, but not always, and this is why I'm concerned.
