Problem with quicksupport

Hello,

We have a licence for TeamViewer 11 and we made customized quicksupport for our web site....But since the version 13 is available, each customer that click on the link on our website, download version 13 instead of version 11. So we can't connect to them because they have the highest version. Can you please tell me how can I do to solve this problem?

Please note that we changed any thing for this part. Our link for quick support is still the same : https://get.teamviewer.com/nkedvtb But this link download a file : TeamViewerQS.exe but this is with last version of teamviewer.

What is the solution? Delete previous customized QuickSupport and make a new one?
