Reconnect my account on v11

My account has disconnected to my v11.  I am logging in with my credientials but it still shows "Free" edition and the free banner appears at the end of sessions.  VERY EMBARRASSING when working with my clients.  

I have gone to the website and cannot find a way to reconnect my software.

...and when I go online to enter my Legacy License Key, it says the key is assigned to another account.  But this is the account it was assigned to.
