I have one client where very often the remote session suddenly switches to a view only session without input from me or them. The only consistent feature is that it often happens after running and then closing Microsoft Access on their machine. I do this on other computers without a problem.
both my and remote machines are Windows 10 and up to date
Closing Teamviewer on my side and reconnecting doesn't work; only ceasing hte Teamviewer app on their machine and starting up fixes it
