Remote computer freezes on one location

Hi all,

we use Teamviewer 10 to connect to several customer of our tool. On one customer I have the problem that when I connect to this computer after a random time (20 seconds to 10 minutes) the computer of the customer freezes. I get I timeout from teamviewer. The customer told me that the computer got completely freezed, no mouse move visible and also doesn´t react on the power button. Just can do an hard shut off.

When I do not connect to the computer then nothing freezes, just some time after I connected to it. Some month ago we had to set up the computer with an cloned SSD drive with an status of about 2016. We updated Windows and the components also with Teamviewer and so far we had no problems.

Just some weeks ago the system freezes. We already reinstalled teamviewer (and downloaded teamviewer 10 again) but the behaviour is the same.

Has anyone an idea?
