Remote screen freezes after a few seconds

hello, after TV is connected (from remote to my computer) the screen freeze after a few seconds so that the other one, the one who want to remote my pc see the frozen screen.

I see the mouse moving, so mouse connection is still active

after a Minute the connection is disconnected
