Connections on our corporate account are getting this error more frequently when we hit Ctrl+Alt+Del on the TeamViewer screen.
"The requested function could not be performed.
You are not allowed to control the remote computer at the moment"
We have to wait until the screen eventually shows the login page before selecting Ctrl+Alt+Del. This is taking longer and longer for that page to show before we can use TeamViewer.
Please advise why this is happening and the fix to allow connection without delay.
