Screen Recording still works even when denied.

When I attempt to record a session it asks the user for permission but it still keeps recording even if they click on Deny or deny by timeout.

Can anyone else replicate this problem?

I'm using 13.2.14327 Preview on my end and 13.2.5287 Host on the other side. Both running WIndows 10 x64 build 1803.
