Security codes prompt for two-factor authentication

I have Team Viewer 13 on my PC and my Laptop.
When I log in to my Team Viewer account (which is configured with Two Factor Authentication) I enter the Password and then I am prompted for a Security Code. I enter the number given by Duo Mobile on my phone, and the login succeeds.
However, when I attempt to log in to the same account from the Team Viewer App on my PC, I enter the exact same Password as above, but I do not get a Security Code prompt, and the login eventuall fails.
How can I get the program to prompt me for a Security Code?
