Signing in
My email address has changed, and I have forgotten my password. The system will not send reset information to the new email address, so I cannot log in on remote computer to Administrator when I try to remote reboot. Also, remote computer will not restart without the sign-in. Additionally, remote computer stops responding to my inputs completely.

Thank you for posting.
Unfortunately as TeamViewer accounts can contain password to remote access without confirmation, we are unable to re-assign TeamViewer accounts from our end. If you have access to the old account, you can reset the password and log in, then update the email address. However as access to the email address is required to access your account, if you cannot access that email address anymore unfortunately, the only option is to create a new TeamViewer Account. I apologise for the inconvenience.
