TV12 Host not allowing Remote Connect

Hello community,

New to the TV forums even if I have used TV for a long long time for personal uses.

My Charity purchased a corporate license with such we have setup custom modules including a Host. Now when I deploy the Host Installation file even to a test machine, I see it populate my computers list but am unable to connect to it. I can chat or send a file but am unable to connect.

I may of did something with the Policy settings but any help woudl be greatly appreciated!
