Team Viewer Quickshare APK for Andorid Box

I have Team Viewer 13 on my PC. I have a friend that has installed TeamViewer quickshare APK on android box..

WHen I try to connect to android box from my computer it won't allow me to see their screen. It says "request a screenshot" rather than showing their screen. Any suggestions?
