Team Viewer password problem

I think we come into this problem before and to prevent this I would install a different RMM but on this occasion, I had forgotten to do that but I already had this PC in the Shared My Computers group and could remote on with Team Viewer. anyhow my CEO had changed the computer group to a different one and I think because he is not the person who assigned the Computer originally it is now throwing up a password even though one isn't there, I am just wondering if there is any way around this without an engineer having to travel hundreds of miles to rectify this problem.
