Team viewer wont let me login

TeamViewer won't let me log in with my password on my main computer. I have 4 other computers on my account that all login find with no problem and my phone. It says that I need to go on to the management Council and granted access. When I log on to management Council I can't see where I do that. To me it looks like all the computers have access. I tried resetting the password but it's not sending me an email.
