TeamViewer 13 Not Ready. Please check your connection - Ubuntu 18

I am facing a problem signing in to my account and using TV. The internet works well, proxy was manually set. I read all the questions and I could not find any solutions for my problem. I tried to reinstall TV and also added ports to my fire wall. I can not connect to this machine from other machines neither.
