TeamViewer 8 Stopped Working
I bought into TeamViewer 8 with a lifetime license. I've noticed that a lot of the computers in my account have stopped responding and show offline. Is this something with the version I'm running?

Thanks for your post.
Do all remote devices run with TeamViewer 8 as well? In this case, there should not be an issue.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, those that are offline are version 5. I have started the process of downloading and installing v8. Thanks for your help. What was this about a free upgrade? Was that just to the version I bought? (v8)

great to hear we found the issue!
We provided the license upgrade to TeamViewer 9 to customers with licenses in versions 5, 6 and 7. TeamViewer 8 clients have been patched in December and are online and working as usual!
