TeamViewer Servers seems to be refusing connection...

Since last Thursday the teamviewer 12 in my computer does not connect to any server. Today I installed Teamviewer 13, but still cannot connect. I already ping all servers address that I found in log file and all replys to the ping. 

Can Someone turn on some light to this issue ?
