Teamviewer Quick Support Icon missing

I have installed Teamviewer and Quick Access (for Samsung) on several devices, but it appears that after android software updates, the icon for Quick Support has dissapeared. I have factory reset, installed again, but it's still missing. Has anyone come across this or a potential fix?

Thank you for your post.
Could it be, that the app is installed on the SD card? This may be a reason why the icon is has dissapeared.
There is an option to move apps back to the memory of your device.
Please go to the settings --> applications --> manage applications. Choose Quick Support app, then "Move to phone" or "Move to device" button.Hope this is helpful.
