Teamviewer Subnet

We just upgraded from TV10 to 13, Now 13 keeps saying Only LAN connections are possible.

I know  In order for TeamViewer to work properly, access to all TeamViewer servers has to be possible. The easiest way to achieve this is to open port 5938 (TCP) for outbound connections to any IP address. You can also add *.teamviewer.com to the whitelist.

But since we cannot use the destination information to constrain the egress rule where I work, can we use source information? Are all of the Teamviewer users on the same internal network subnet?
