Teamviewer closes right before i open

Hi guys, i have win7 tv13, everytime i open tv it closes right away, i've reinstalled and upgraded(it was 12 and was having the same issue,unistalled and installed 11 and keep the issue) but i keep with the issue. What i should do ?
