The License has already been activated for this computer

Hello Sirs,

We haev Teamviewer 8 license and we were not using the software so long time. Now I want to use it but we have the messege like this from the software. I need this issue to be solved as soon as possible. And I want my license to be activated as soon as possible. If you require the licese I can send it to you.
