Hi I have had an issue since 8/11/18 that when my clients run the software from get.teamviewer.com it crashes on their PC. This only seems to affect Windows PCs. Has anyone else experienced this?
My work-around is to get the client to instead download the free version from www.teamviewer.com (but this has more steps involved).
I have also tried using a Quicksupport module and this works, but I don't like the idea of sharing the URL with all my clients.
