I have a few staff who cannoti upgrade to version 14. A pop up appears asking for administrator. I try my login to resolve this but it does not accept.
My account is set as Administrator but my login does not set up the upgrade to install

Unfortunately, this is not possible. If both users connect to the remote device using the ID and the password, both will be able to connect. No feature can give an altert or something similar...
As it is a great idea, I will forward the request to our developers.
