"Grant easy access" not shared

We use TV13 with a corporate license. Our clients are assigned to our main-account, and that account has shared the group where he has easy access. The main-account itself can connect to the clients without a problem. However, no one who has access to the shared group, regardless whether full access or read only, can connect to any of the clients without password.
