I recoreded a session today and when I played it back I could see the video and here my voice but not the other persons voice, have I done something wrong or is there something I can do to change this ?

Did you enable the audio through the TeamViewer panel once you were connected to the remote computer? When you enable the audio the end user should get a promt to "unmute their microphone."
If they did not accept this prompt, this could be why the audio was not transmitted from their side.
