How Teamviewer help their clients? Please help activating my Account

Hi,

We purchased a Teamviewer Remote Access plan. We got the invoice but there was not any activation mail, so I still having nothing but my free account. We can not use a plan we paid two days ago.

We asked for help two days ago in this forum, because is the only enabled way to ask for help here. No phone assistance, no emails only just create a topic in this forum. We have got only an answer asking us to double-check if we had received the activation email.
Well, We had not received that email, it never arrived. And silence after that.

Can anyone from Teamviewer check our situation and JUST send us that activation email in order to allow us to use the paid account?
