I also tried calling Team Viewer to simply confirm that the invoice was paid but the system will not allow me to reach someone at their office simply because of the type of account that I have. I just need to be connected please, if Team Viewer can assist.

    I paid my team viewer on 24/8/20 but I'm still blocked. I signed up in July and gave my credit card details to pay at the time but later realised that it was not paid. 

    Can you please unlock me urgently as I have checked my credit card and it was paid on 26/8/20.

    TeamViewer system shows your license is active. Could you please restart the TeamViewer service on your device and try again?
