Windows XP TV14 and mac TV15

Hi, I have a license 3 users. The computer that needs to be remote accesed is a window XP that has the latest supported version wich is 14.2. 

When trying to connect we get the version out-of-date error. Why? because on the website I can read : Licensed customers are also encouraged to update their license to the latest version, but can remain using their purchased version

    Can you quickly check whether you were logged-in with your licensed TeamViewer account to the Computers & Contacts list when starting the connection?

    And of course whether your license is successfully activated on your account.
