Connection could not be established after updating of teamviewer ID to 10 digits

In last few days many computer's Teamviwer ID changed to 10 digits.

thereafter we are facing connection issues on connecting to these computers. We can easily connect by LAN but by teamviewer ID, its showing Connection could not be estabilished: result unknown.

Please check the issue.
