Remote maintenance is reduced to viewer only
Hello,
today i connected with TeamViewer 10 to the QuickSupport Client v10.
After connection to the client i was able to see the screen, BUT the taskbar was hidden, the screen was surround with a green border. Also i was only able to control the mouse within the remote TeamViewer window in the right corner.
After installing full TeamViewer 10 the remote maintenance worked like expected.
This was the first time i had this behavior with the QuickSupport Client

A green border around the display must be a 'feature' of TeamViewer?!0 -
