Hi,

Subject should be self explained. Question is why? All text I found say backward compatibility remain. I had no this issue till recent.. new version..

    Hello NikolaK,

    Teamviewer 12 can't connect to teamviewer 7 because of the lack of updates. The software of teamviewer 12 is to advanced for teamviewer 7.
