Blank apps after installing Teamviewer Monitor driver

Greeetings,
i had a situation where i had to black out the remote display.
For doing so, Teamviewer prompted me to install the monitor driver.
Yet afterwards, some apps are simply displayed blank. (for example powershell ise,
see screenshot here https://ibb.co/mjaa5b)
When I go to the advanced settings, attempting to remove the driver, I'm only offered the install option (which fails directly after clicking it), and no remove option.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(Windows 10 Pro, Nvidia GTX 670, Teamviewer Version: 12.0.83369)

Solved, in a way...
after removing the monitor driver using pnputil the apps look like they should again.
