Connection lost after login

I'm trying to login to remote host, wiht instaled TeamViewer Host .

So I connect properly to Windows Loging screen.
I choose user and enter password.

Next I see wallpaper, and Eset is running, after this connection is lost.

When I ask somebody on remote location to click on TeamViewe Host icon on the desktop, then connection is bring alive again.

I want to ask if anybody could confirm the same issue, and how to solve this problem ?
