Premium Account cant connect more than 2 people

Hello 

I have a premium account. before the update we were able to connect 4 people to 4 different computers. When we updated, now we can only log 2 people in. when 3rd attemps it says we have reached the limit. I have also submitted a ticket but havent heard nothing. maybe i can find answers here.
