Cannot see content in specific window

When remoting into a client (Dell Laptop with Intel Chipset). I am logged in as Administrator with a password. I try to install something or try to open something, like Veeam to check on the status, it only shows an outloine of the window (See attachment) or if installing a new software the UAC prompt to give permission does not display. I have to go onsite to answer any prompts or to make sure the backups are completed.
Any suggestions?

go to option / advance
Check option called "Ignore alpha chanell on this computer"
try to enable/disable on both remote/local computer.
Question: Which combination fix your issue ?
