I have a laptop that has been running version 9. I have upgraded my desktop to version 13 with no problems. I am trying to update the laptop to version 13. When I do that, it prompts for an administrative password. I have tried all I can think of, but it doesn't like any of them. Please advise as to what this password is all about. TIA.
