Access denied by incorrect passwords

I have a problem when making a connection to a computer from my mobile device since I entered the password several times incorrectly for the connection and now I can not access in 3,999,700 seconds. I wanted to know if there is any way to eliminate this banning from my phone from the computer or if I can prove to TeamViewer support that both devices are mine and remove the lock anyway.
