Chat doesn't work on MacOS

Hello,
for two days I have a problem with chat on my MacOS.
When I select chat icon on the left menu, the login window is displayed but I can't enter username and password. The same when I choose Computers and Contacts, select computer and click on chat icon.
Today it works for 5 min. I tired turn off and turn on TeamViever, restart MacBook, reinstall TeamViewer without sucess.
I checked on Windows with my teamViewer accout, works without problem.
I have MacOS 10.14.4 and TeamViewer 14.2.8352.
