I am supporting a fleet of about 100 Windows 10 Pro machines using Teamviewer 14 installed on Windows 10 Enterprise. About once every 10 TV sessions I get the message "The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized remote desktop session." We don't use fast user switching, and endpoints typically don't have RDP sessions open. The message seems to happen randomly, but once it hits one computer the issue will stay persistent with that computer through a restart. After looking through old forum posts it seems like this issue has been floating around the last couple years with no real solution. Anything specific I should try?

    Hi @shelbymihow

    Thank you for your post.

In order to find out more about fast user switching, please browse the article and make sure the the RDP session is closed or the RDP session is not minimized please.

Feel free to contact us if there is anything we may assist further with.
