Fits and starts (TV 14 Window 10 Pro on both ends)

I recently installed TV 14 (first experience with TV). It looks beautiful but only works off and on. (Mainly off right now.)  It consistently starts up and as I watch a remote clock after a few seconds to a minute or so the display freezes.  Sometime later sometimes seconds or sometimes minutes later it resumes.  This happens continuously until the "free" session times out. This implementation is on the same physical network running through a switch et al.  Anyone run into this and know what needs to be tweeked?  Thanks in advance.
