How to join a session

Hi,
is it possible for other people in my company to join a session started by custom quick support that I have created?

If a customer is using the custom quick support I have created I am the only person that sees that session in service queue. How can I change this so that every one in my company can see them? Otherwise the whole point of custom quick support is meaningless in a multi user enviroment.
