How to select a monitor to show on Mac?

I saw this knoweldge base instruction but I do not see this top menu option on the Mac.

The Ma is hosting and the PC connect/remote into the Mac. On the Windows side, I can see the View menu option. However, as a person who host the session, I should be able to choose which monitor I want the remote user to see. How do I do that?
