we are looking to move from **Third Party Product** to TV but after purchasing a license I am having too many issues and cannot get any support.
Suddenly I cannot log in to my account from the TV application. I log in to my account at the web site and try to submit a ticket but says the license is invalid.
out of sheer frustration, I tried the TV app from the W10 app store and success!
interface is not the best but at least I can get by until the normal app is fixed.
TV get your act together plz.
