No connection to TeamViewer Server - Please check your internet connection

I was getting the message not ready check for internet connection. I read that I should close all instances of it through task manager on chrome and in windows task manager which I did and I still couldn't connect. My name would be there but I couldn't put my password cuz it wouldn't let me type. I looked it up and it said when you uninstall team viewer you have to create a new account so I tried and it said email already in use so I used my previous login for team viewer and made an account for the forum. When I try and make one for the app for windows it says email already in use. It won't let me create one or put in my old one. What do I do? Any suggestions?
