OSX 10.13 with TV14.4 slow startup of window after login

When connecting to a customers computer on Mac OSX 10.13.6 and TV latest version, and loggin in. The window of the remote computer only shows up after some minutes....

This is for all TV client users. Thanks for your suggestions.
