TV askes for password even when turned off except for origanal tech who installs/adds to trusted dev

As we have been rolling out TeamViewer on PC's as we touch them, once its installed and easy access is turned on, we then proceed to turn off password and set connection to allow for administrators only. 

We have only a couple of agents but if one of us sets this up the others cannot connect unless entering local admin creds while the origanal user is never prompted.  I would like to get this setup so every agent can connect without propmting for a password  once added. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
