Unattended Access without User needing to do anything

We have a corporate license, I have created a host and am pushing the MSI out from Intune. Is there a way I can configure that host for unattended access from the teamviewer managment console? 

Also a side question, does anyone know how to install the teamviewer host and have it not put the icon on the desktop?
